There are many method to lose your weight dramatically with diets & regular exercise which can give you positive results.

The methods are as follows:

1. Forget to take Breakfast
Breakfast is become heavy meal of the day. It is the meal you consume after a night of fasting. Moreover, breakfast provides much energy required by the body to do every day activities, and it help in the smooth functioning of the metabolism.

2. Take lunch after long period
Eating small yet frequent meals or snacks is healthier than eating after long gaps. So try to make long gaps for your lunch time. It could lead to slower metabolism system & defeat blood sugar. The subsequent lack of weight loss is but obvious.

3. Make irregular routine of work
Do your work on irregular time, even do take your meal on time irregular time & Delay your schedule or routine for da to day activities disrupts smooth bodily functions. One such function is the metabolism, it will responsible for the digestion of food & burning of calories.

4. Eat Unhealthy Food Often

Drink up to reduce dehydration. But do not overdo it and cause weight gain! Huge amounts of alcohol intake can slow the metabolism despite your exercise regime being in place.

6. Neglect junk food
Junk food can help to increase mass & so definitely your weight will go high but if can skip all this kind of junk food then possibilities will be very high.

7. Do regular exercise:
Do regular exercise in morning but try to reduce your meal after exercise in day & it will help to reduce your calories as much possible time.
