This is best advice to
aim for a plate of healthy food which can filled around 2-3 with whole grains,
vegetables & fruits. Dairy products like Milk, Wheat bread, fish &
meat should take up no more than a third of the plate.
Note : You don’t
need to go completely like vegetarian. You can focus on adding whole foods,
which are foods can be close to their original way. Just as important, try to
reduce the amount of processed foods you eat. Eat an apple instead of drinking
a glass of apple juice.
Follow the diet plan which can helpful to fight with cancer:
- Breakfast
Food (Early Morning between 6 to 7): Add
fruit and a few seeds or nuts to your whole grain, low-sugar breakfast
cereal For Eg. oatmeal
- Lunch
Food (Between 11 to 12): Eat
a big salad with your favorite beans and peas or other combo of veggies.
Always order tomato as well any other veggies you can take. Sandwich is
also part of full filled of veggies so take it also & veggies like
carrots or fruit.
- Snacks
(Specially when you out of home after 12): Grab an apple as well as banana on your way out the
door. Raw veggies like as carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers. are
great with a healthy dip such as hummus. Keep trail mix made with nuts,
seeds, and a little dried fruit on hand
- Dinner Food (Evening between 8 to 9): Add daily fresh or frozen veggies to your
favorite pasta sauce or rice dish. Top a baked potato with broccoli and
yogurt, sautéed veggies, or with salsa. Replace creamy pasta sauces
with sauteed vegetables or tomato sauce made with healthy olive oil.
